Returns & Exchanges

*For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items: briefs, hipster shorts, thongs, bikini briefs, full briefs, high waist briefs and other items that are worn over intimate areas.

*In the event that a bra you brought doesn’t fit as expected, we will do our best replace at no extra cost to you if these conditions are fulfilled:

  • the order was placed based on our recommendation during a virtual fit session.

  • you notify us by sending an email to support@thebragirl.com or contacting us on +234 906 961 3222 within 14-days of receipt of your order.

  • Item(s) is(are) returned in a condition considered as new and sellable with tags in place.

 

*We ensure proper packaging of items ordered before dispatch and use a reliable courier company; recipients should kindly confirm their order(s) is/are in good condition at the point of receipt (before signing for them).

 

*If recipient accepts delivery without noting any damage or loss before signing for it, such delivery will be considered ‘‘delivered in good condition” and no claim can be made thereon.

 

*If the recipient observes an item delivered is not in perfect condition; such goods should be returned with the labels and packaging at the point of receipt from the courier and recipient shall contact us within 8 hours to lodge complaint(s).

 

*For us to consider a claim, the contents, original delivery cartons, and packing must be available for us to inspect; all complaints will be investigated for verification. If the items were delivered and signed for in good condition, a refund will not be made; but if they were found to be faulty at delivery point and unsigned for, a refund will be made to the affected recipient.

 

*We will not charge a delivery fee for replacement of faulty goods. If we do not have the item in stock, recipient will be provided with an alternative or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 20 working days.
