Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing TheBraGirl.

We genuinely care about ensuring you find the perfect fit and our expert bra fitting consultants are on hand to assist you in finding your best bras in-store. While we may provide recommendations based on our expertise, the ultimate buying decision rests with you, our valued client.

If, however you ever change your mind about a purchase, we are pleased to offer exchanges within 7 days after purchase or issue store credit if replacement items are not immediately available. Please note that final sale items, unless defective, are not eligible for refunds. For hygiene reasons, all bottoms are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Simply email us at hello@thebragirl.ca, and send the item to: 320 - 317 7th Ave SW, Calgary, AB, T2P 2Y9. For further assistance, contact us at 403 921 3950 or hello@thebragirl.ca.

For gift purchases, if the item was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

If you opt out of the complimentary in-person fitting offered with our bra products, please be aware that products purchased on TheBraGirl website are non-returnable.

Currently, we only ship within Canada. Deliveries within Canada typically take up to 7 working days, depending on item availability. If an item needs to be ordered from our overseas supplier, delivery may take 4 - 7 weeks. Some deliveries are outsourced through Canada Post.
