I placed multiple orders; will they be combined?
If three or more domestic orders are placed, kindly notify us via email us with your order numbers at firstname.lastname@example.org; our shipping department will work to combine the orders to ship them altogether.
Can I pay on delivery?
We do not accept payment on delivery, payment for all orders are confirmed before dispatch or pick-up from our store.
I want to save cost of delivery, is there a pick-up point near me?
For now, after ordering online, pick-up is only available at our store in Port Harcourt. We may also refer you to any of our stockists near you.
Can I cancel my order after making payment?
Kindly notify us via email within 2 hours of placing the order with the order number. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Is there a minimum amount or quantity of items in my cart for my order to be processed?
There is no minimum requirement for your order, however, we advise that you bulk buy with your friends and ship as one package to the same address. This will enable you have your desired product with minimal delivery costs. Minimum requirement only applies to wholesalers.
How do I place an order on your website?
Select the products you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to the Checkout page. You will then be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Carefully review your order before making payment and submitting for processing. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
