Chats & Coffee is a lunchtime event, during which we discuss various topics relating to body confidence and self-image. Our goal? To help women feel more confident and build meaningful connections!

Mona, a Certified Fashion Stylist and Founder of Essential Style Consulting specializes in colour and style analysis. She reinvented herself when she transitioned from a long corporate career to follow her passion for fashion and became a stylist.

Mona understands the important of colour and how it connects to our emotional state as well as appearance. She will be helping us make that connection, and also demonstrate colour draping on a few volunteers.
