Corporate Wellness for Women

THE BRA TALK

A research-informed masterclass series equipping women with practical breast support education to improve comfort, posture, confidence, and workplace performance.

Delivered in-person or virtually. Booked by HR teams, Women’s ERGs, and corporate wellness leaders.

WHY ORGANIZATIONS INVEST IN THE BRA TALK

Physical discomfort quietly impacts focus, energy, posture, and professional presence. Yet breast support education is almost never included in corporate wellness programming.

Consequently, women normalize distraction, chronic fatigue, and avoidable discomfort during long workdays.

The Bra Talk closes this gap with structured, research-informed education that helps women:

  • Improve physical comfort during demanding workdays

  • Strengthen posture and reduce avoidable fatigue

  • Increase confidence in professional environments

  • Make informed, body-respecting decisions

  • Feel seen and supported within workplace culture

WHO IS IT FOR?

Corporate & Professional Organizations

Organizations investing in women’s wellness, productivity, and retention.

Entrepreneurial & Business Networks

Organizations supporting women in business and leadership.

Non-Profit & Community Organizations

Organizations serving women and girls across life stages.

Educational Institutions

Institutions supporting young women’s development.

WHAT IS THE BRA TALK?

The Bra Talk is a structured education platform delivered through nine modular masterclasses, each of which can be booked independently or as a series.

A woman’s body changes across life - through adolescence, pregnancy, perimenopause, post-surgery recovery, and beyond. Too often, she adapts in silence, normalizing discomfort while continuing to show up for work, family, and everyone around her.

The Bra Talk™ provides informed conversations that restore comfort, confidence, and support at every stage for the women experiencing it, and for those who stand beside them.

Participants leave with practical, hands-on frameworks they can apply immediately.
